We offer pilates classes for everyone from pilates beginners to those who have been doing pilates for years. Our classes include Pilates Reformer classes, Pilates Mat classes, Pilates Apprentice classes, and Gyrotonic & Gyrokinesis® Pilates classes. Owner and pilates instructor, Angelique Christensen, is Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) and PMA®-CPT certified, a M.E.L.T. Method® instructor, and certified Level 1 GYROKINESIS® and GYROTONIC® instructor.
